What is required?
Celebrate Wine Week partners with some of the best venues in & around the city to deliver an exciting 10-day “week” long wine festival. Our partner venues are required to offer at least one 175ml serve of wine to customers with a Celebrate Wine Week Wristband for £6.- for the full 10 days of the event. We ask that partner venues share the week across their social media platforms to help maximise your return during this event.
How does it work?
Fill in the sign-up form above & we’ll be in touch to confirm your participation. We will work with you to arrange what wine(s) you want to offer & to prepare the digital marketing for your venue. We will provide free wristbands for your team & offer support throughout the 10 day wine week. Register & join the fun!
Can I promote more than one wine?
Of course, though we suggest no more than two to keep service easy for you & your teams. We encourage partner venues to offer other promotions to Celebrate Wine Week customers too, such as snacks or other upsells.
Can you help with upselling?
Yes – if helpful, we have an experienced team who can help your staff upsell offers and or complimentary products already offered in your venue or we can help you to identify where you consistently could add value.
What do I need to provide?
We need you to tell us what wine you are going to offer as part of Celebrate Wine Week, to provide that wine over the course of the 10 days, provide digital media to help us promote your offering & to engage with Celebrate Wine Week on social media as we drive customers to your venue. We will also provide some tradition physical marketing (posters etc.) so some window space in your venue would be beneficial.
